PING i500 Irons
PING’s new i500 irons are an all-new category they call player’s power. This design combines explosive distance with the compact style of a players iron. They feature a highly flexible forged steel face like a fairway wood, propelling the ball farther and higher so you hit it longer and hold more greens. “This is a new, emerging category in golf clubs. It looks like a players iron but it gives you more distance,” Marty Jertson, PING’s Director of Product Development told us.
PING i210 Irons
The i210 irons are the second new iron option from PING this summer. These irons are precision-scoring machines, workhorses of workability. They are incredibly stable with amazing feel thanks to a softer, larger elastomer insert. I210 is another classic PING blade-style design, taking the place of the i200 in the PING iron family. “The i210 irons are less focused on distance and more focused on precision and impact,” Jertson said.
PING Glide Forged Wedges
PING also rolls out a new member of the Glide wedge family. The Glide Forged wedges are classic, pure, and perfect with incredible feel. They’re made with a unique sole grind that’s between the thin sole and standard sole of the other Glide wedges. Forged feel meets ideal turf interaction and maximum spin for a true shot-makers wedge.
