Returns Made Easy

If you don’t love what you ordered, we’ve made it easy to send your item back to us as long as it’s within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused and meet these additional return guidelines.

Look up an Order

  1. Submit Your Info to Get a Return Label

    To start the return process, you’ll need to input your order number, name, and zip code using the form above.

    Once you submit the form, you’ll be able to print your return label. This return label is valid for 12 hours before it expires. Print it out and securely attach it to the return package.

  2. Send Your Package Back

    Drop your package off at any FedEx location. Please note that return labels are not valid for FedEx dropbox locations. Though it’s not required, we recommend insuring the package as customers are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns are subject to a $7.50 shipping fee.

  3. We’ll Keep You Posted

    Once your item has been returned to our warehouse, we’ll let you know with an email notification. Once your return has been processed, you can expect to see a refund within 14 days (depending on your banking institution). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
