Returns Made Easy

Not what you expected? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your item online within 30 days if it is new and unused. Item must meet return guidelines.

Look up an Order

  1. Begin Return

    Select your return type, sign in or fill out the return fields. You will need your order number, last name, and billing zip code.

  2. Send the Item Back to Us

    Once you’ve processed your return label, simply print the label and secure it to your return package, lastly drop it off at a physical FedEx location to return it back to us. Note: Return labels do not work for FedEx drop box locations.

  3. Once it's Processed

    Your return is processed and you should see your refund within 14 days, depending on your banking institution. Once returned you will receive an email notification. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
* To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances we may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
