Shipping and Handling

• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - add $10 onto standard delivery charges. All orders will receive 3-7 day expedited delivery service at no additional cost.
• Truck shipping for large orders to Alaska are also available. Contact Us for prices.
• Certain restricted items can only be shipped by AIR.
• High-value and heavy/bulky orders to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, will require additional shipping charges to insure.
• Orders having large quantities and/or oversized items may require special heavy/bulky shipping charges in addition to the regular surface charges. We will contact you via e-mail with any additional charges.

• We do our best to make sure the correct photo, price and copy are shown. BUT...sometimes we make a mistake. If that happens, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item or to correct the mistake.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax in states in which we have a warehouse, store front, or affiliate and by law we must collect sales tax.

Use Tax Notice: This notice is for customers who take delivery of merchandise in states in which we do not collect sales or use tax. We charge sales tax in states in which we have a warehouse, store front, or affiliate and by law we must collect sales tax. TGW does not collect sales or use tax in other states. Purchases are subject to use tax in other states unless exempt from taxation in those other states. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by Catalog. Your state may require you to report your purchases that were not taxed and pay use tax on those purchases. Customers should check their state's reporting requirements for tax forms to be used for this purpose.

Freight Shipping

Shipped by commercial carrier curbside, unless lift gate service is purchased at time of order. Please note: The consumer is responsible for shipping and handling back to TGW if delivery does not occur because the commercial carrier was not able to set up a delivery date and time, or the consumer chooses to deny delivery. Return shipping and handling back to TGW is equal to the original shipping and handling paid at the time of order placement. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

HEAVY/BULKY Items, Large Quantity/Commercial Accounts Orders

Items that are identified as Heavy/Bulky may require a shipping charge in addition to the regular surface shipping charges. Due to the weight and/or size of these items, special AIR delivery charges also apply. Large quantity orders may be considered commercial account orders and may require additional shipping charges. Additionally, a street address is required for large quantity orders and commercial account orders. You will be contacted after your order is processed to confirm any large quantity shipping charges.

International Orders

APO, FPO & PO Box Service

Orders to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses will ship using USPS Priority Service at the standard shipping rate. Orders will be delivered in 10 business days or less. Tracking to destination is limited.

Alaska & Hawaii

Standard shipping service is via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail depending upon shipment weight and destination.
Expedited FedEx Shipping is also available via UPS 2nd Day. Check the FedEx Rates & Transit Times calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to potential handling fees.

Virgin Islands & Other U.S. Territories

Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories is via US Postal Service.
2nd Day and Next Day shipping are not available for U.S. Territories.
Sometimes, for Virgin Islands/Other U.S. Territory Orders, USPS's shipping charge is more than we estimated at the time of the order. In that instance, TGW will contact you directly to approve the additional shipping fees before the order ships.
