All our items carry a 1-year warranty which covers problems occurring with items that are used in any way, under normal wear & usage or not as defective. Please contact customer service for instructions on how to begin the warranty process.

Our warranty process is a simple process where you send the (item) back to us and we work with the manufacturer or vendor to resolve your warranty issue. Include a brief note detailing the issue with the item as well as your preference of a refund, replacement, etc.

All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem with the manufacturer's warranty period, TGW will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

It is at the manufacturer's discretion to repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item.

Most clubs have a manufacturer's warranty for defects (see product pages for details). If your club is defective, please return it directly to the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. However, Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.

  • FedEx Return Service is only available to customers in the contiguous US.
  • The shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. If you are returning an item within the 30-day window, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
  • Return shipping rates apply to the contiguous US only.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom orders, personalized items, open videos, DVD’s and computer software are non-refundable.
  • Please do not send items to the manufacturer; we take care of everything.

If you provided us with your email address when you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that your order has been received by TGW. The email will contain your order details and order number. Please retain this email for your records.

How to checkout using your PayPal Account:
  • From the TGW.com Shopping Cart page, click the "Checkout With PayPal" button beneath your cart.
  • You will be directed to the PayPal site to login and confirm payment, billing and shipping information.
    Click "continue" and you will be returned to the TGW.com checkout pages to complete your order.
  • Returning TGW.com customers should log-in (option 3). To take full advantage of stored information with PayPal, create a TGW.com user account.
  • Complete checkout at TGW.com using PayPal stored information.

TGW Digital Gift Cards

How to use your digital e-Gift Card at checkout:
  • Proceed through the checkout process.
  • At Step 4, Order Summary, enter the e-gift card # and Recipients name in the Promotions box. Recipient's Name field must be filled out exactly as it appears on the digital gift card. It is case sensitive and punctuation sensitive.
  • NOTE: If you received the digital gift card before 8/25/22, use recipient name. If received after 8/25/22, then use you'll use the pin #.

Yes. For the ultimate in security, we support the storage of payment and delivery address options for use on our site through saved credit card info and PayPal. If you don’t already have an account with these services, you’ll need to create one before using stored payment information on TGW.com.

Follow the steps above to complete your transaction using stored payment information.

While there is no way online to pay with a visa gift card, nor a Master card and a credit card, there is still a way you can use multiple forms of payment on your order.

To use multiple credit cards (up to three including VI, MC and Amex gift cards) you must:
  1. Place the order using one card which would have a pre-authorization hold for the full amount.
  2. Once you receive the order number email contact customer service at 1-866-923-5050 for assistance in placing your order. We can split the payment between up to 2 additional cards.

Note: We only charge for items once shipped. Pre-authorization holds generally reverse within 3-5 business days depending on the payment type.

Likely what you are seeing is a pre-authorization pending hold. A pre-authorization hold is a temporary hold placed by a merchant on a customer's credit card, and reserves funds for a future payment transaction. When the time comes to finalize payment, the funds on hold are released from a hold status, and converted to the permanent finalized payment status. On occasion it is possible for these authorization charges not to fall off immediately. The amount of time it takes for these charges to fall off of your statement can vary depending on the financial institution and card type. For more information regarding pre-authorization charges, please reach out to your banking establishment.

If you have existing credit on your account, customer service can assist you in placing your order by calling us at 1-866-923-5050. Beginning June 2019, you will no longer have to call in to redeem this credit. TGW does not collect sales or use taxes in all 50 states. Unless your purchase is specifically exempt from taxation, your purchase may be subject to use tax for those states that require sales or use taxes. Your online purchase is not exempt because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. We are not required to and do not collect sales or use tax in states other than those stated below. However, internet sales to some states might be subject to use tax in the state in which you reside. For more information, visit your state’s tax information website. Certain states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. States & U.S. Territory Where TGW Collects Sales Taxes

Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. The tax amount displayed here is based on the tax rate for your shipping address zip code at the time of your order. However, if your tax rate changes before the order ships, or there was an issue with your zip code, the tax amount we collect may change accordingly. TGW regularly monitors and updates its taxation policies. The taxation of online transactions is continually changing and as such, these terms are subject to change.

In compliance with sales tax laws, all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate, including Kansas (our physical location) and Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming & Puerto Rico, based on the ship-to address you specify*. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. Seller collects the simplified sellers use tax on transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Non-U.S. Destinations: Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?

Import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from TGW’s charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

TGW.com continually negotiates with top shippers to provide the lowest possible shipping charges available. TGW.com is proud to utilize the services of FedEx for most shipping. USPS is also available on select orders.

  • You will see an estimated delivery date for standard shipping on the payment page. This date is calculated based on the time of your order and the shipping destination.
  • Standard Shipping orders are delivered by either FedEx or USPS depending upon shipment weight and order amount.

Guaranteed Ground Shipping
  • Orders for in-stock items placed by 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship that day.
  • Orders for in-stock items placed after 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed using this ship method will arrive in 5 business days or less.
  • Guaranteed Ground orders are delivered by FedEx.

2nd Day Shipping
  • Orders for in-stock items placed by 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship that day.
  • Orders for in-stock items placed after 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed using this ship method will arrive in 2 business days or less.

Next Day Shipping
  • Orders for in-stock items placed by 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship that day.

Notes & Exclusions
  • Shipping times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (merchandise labeled as: Ships from Manufacturer).
  • 2ND Day and Next Day shipping are not available for U.S. Territories.
  • Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Billing Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

APO, FPO & PO Box Service

Orders to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses will ship using USPS Priority Service at the standard shipping rate. Orders will be delivered in 10 business days or less. Tracking to destination is limited.

Shipping times for custom orders are item specific. Please visit our custom and personalization center or contact customer service at 1-866-923-5050 for details.

Note: Orders which require additional credit card authorization procedures may have a delay in shipping. You will be contacted if additional information or documentation is required.

TGW.com does not require a signature for delivery of our products. FedEx may request a signature in areas that have been identified as high claim areas at their discretion.

In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Business Day or 2nd Day) the backordered items will ship via USPS Standard when received. (Backordered items are shipped USPS Standard because the majority of the Next Business Day or 2nd Day charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, TGW.com ships additional items via USPS Standard at our expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping.

Orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via United States Postal Service. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available to these addresses. Estimated arrival dates don’t apply. However, we estimate 5-7 business days for delivery once the order has been confirmed as shipped. Some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Standard flat-rate shipping rates apply to APO/FPO orders.
