PING Mens i210 Irons Blue 1.0 Upright #4-UW TT Dynamic Gold Steel is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 51.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best clubs I've ever played I'm now a couple months into my new i210s and I couldn't be happier with the performance and feel of these irons. In fact, I let a friend hit them and he's now going through a custom fitter to get a set - and he literally just bought a new set of fitted AP2s. Awesome. Since I started taking golf seriously, I've always been a Ping player. I started with ISI (Copper), I3 blade, Eye 2, i15s, iBlades, and now the i210. I can confidently say that the i210 is the best feeling club I've ever played and I believe it's the best club for lower handicap players because it offers both forgiveness and distance. I've also noticed my shots tend to have a tighter dispersion. When I hit it solid, the ball really jumps off the clubface and the feeling is akin to a forged club. When I think of where else they can go from a technology perspective, it's somewhat mind boggling, because I feel these are as good as it gets. I'm going to play these for a long time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feel is amazing! Got them a month ago. They get better with each round. I have more confidence than ever with these clubs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like Butter I bought the i210s because I wanted new irons after gaming my TM Burner 2.0s for years. Let me tell you that these irons are so effortless and smooth. You will sacrifice some distance from game improvement irons but the control and feel are much more helpful than bombing a 180yd 7iron in my opinion. They are much more forgiving than I expected blades to be as well. Even the misshits seem to play how you’d like. Try some of these out at your local supplier and I think you’ll be pretty pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Soft I have had these irons for over a month now. These are the softest irons I have ever hit and I love the clean look, very simple. I love the feel of these irons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One problem I bought these clubs 5 months ago and am really happy with them... but I think the face material gets scuffed, dirty, and unnapealing to easily. I would definetly just make them with the normal finish every other brand has next time. Maybe theres I reason For this IDK. But I think the cleanliness and longevity of the grooves would outweigh it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ridiculously good I have played golf for 40 years and used blades (tried them all but mostly Titleist) over that time. In my late forties I started having some problems with long iron consistency and got a set of G30 irons. I loved them but hit them a bit high and they lacked the feedback I was used to. A friend suggested the i210 and so I got a set with Dynamic Gold 120 shafts. What a revelation! The perfect balance of feel, control, forgiveness and feedback I was seeking. You can control the flight on these perfectly, and now that I only play once a fortnight these offer the level of forgiveness I need. I am a Ping convert with a G400 driver and a Sigma Tyne putter in the bag also. These are quite simply the best irons I have ever used. Ridiculously good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, website, customer service I bought some ping i210 customized clubs. Everything was perfect with the product and buying experience. The only slight negative was a lack of progress info but clubs were being customized at ping and the customer service was excellent with my questions. The entire process took 4 weeks from order of customized clubs to delivery. Seems very reasonable to me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing step up I was fitted at Cool Clubs for these, all 10-15 yrds longer, way more forgiving as miss hits are 95% of full strike. Great feel, love the thin look - fabulous clubs.

is ALTCB shaft (Stiff) similar to CSF 80 (S) shafts which I currently have in my Ping-i irons?

Asked by: troutyboy
The PING Alta CB Graphite Shaft is Ping's proprietary counter-balance design allows for more mass in the head to increase energy transfer. Powered by AWT (Ascending Weight Technology) this premium shaft employs a steeper weight progression to provide a unique balance of high trajectory, increased ball speed, and stable feel in the long irons, yet controlled trajectory and a smooth feel in the short irons. The stiff shaft for this shaft is 83g with a mid launch profile. You can customize your set with the CFS shaft if you prefer by clicking the "enter custom specs" tab located just above the image of the irons.

55 years old, been playing stiff shafts in my irons, starting to hit everything left, should I switch to regular flex?

Asked by: Jeffbel
Low and left can also be a result if the shaft's too stiff. We would recommend experimenting with a regular shaft.
