Order with complete confidence! Your satisfaction is guaranteed, period! We stand behind every item we sell. If you’re not happy within 90 days of shipment, just return the item with your invoice and we’ll promptly refund your merchandise total. Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover any item for ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by accident, natural disaster, improper care or use, lack of maintenance or the natural breakdown of colors or materials over extended time and use.

Lowest Price Guarantee

For everything to outfit your passion…at the Lowest Prices, Guaranteed! That’s our goal and you can always count on getting the lowest prices at TGW. If you find a lower advertised price for an item we sell, let us know at the time of purchase or within 10 days of placing your order and we will refund you the difference.

Terms & Conditions:

  • This guarantee does not apply to refurbished, damaged, used, special buys, clearance, close out, rebates, misprints, coupons, bonus offers, mail-in offers, bundled offers, quantity offers, and shipping charges.
  • Item must be identical (brand, model number, color, pattern, size).
  • This guarantee does not apply Thanksgiving Day through Cyber Week, whether offered by TGW or a competitor.
  • Proof of the retailer’s lower advertised price is required. The lower advertised price must be valid at time of match and not be the result of available coupons, rebates, or bundling. We reserve the right to verify identical item’s pricing and availability.
  • Limit of one price match per item per customer.
  • Price matches can be done at time of purchase or within 10 days.
  • TGW does not match below our cost.
  • TGW's decision is final on all price matches; if dissatisfied with our decision, you may return the item if it’s within our policy. Please see our return policy for details.
