What Is Theragun?
Created by a chiropractor named Dr. Jason Wersland who was looking for a solution to his lingering pain after a motorcycle accident, Theragun is a percussive therapy tool used to alleviate soreness and tightness in muscles. They deliver rapid bursts of pressure to the muscles to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and break up pesky knots. Golfers can use them before a round or practice to help get their muscles loosened up or after as part of a recovery regimen to make sure pain and soreness do not keep you away from the golf course.
TGW offers 4 models of the Therabody Theragun: Pro, Elite, Prime, and Mini. Each model is a little different and comes with a different series of attachments.
