Technology
TaylorMade TP Hydroblast putters are made from 303 stainless steel. This material is the industry standard when it comes to premium putter construction. Stainless steel of this type offers a soft feel with incredible durability for a superior feel. It also looks nice down by the golf ball or sitting in your golf bag. These putters are machine milled to produce flowing lines and natural curves in each head shape with maximum consistency.
TaylorMade’s unique Hydroblast process gives each putter a rich, premium finish. The use of a high-pressure water stream creates a smooth surface that is both durable and looks great.
The TP collection of putters utilizes TaylorMade’s white PureRoll insert. Made from soft Surlyn material, this insert was previously used in the Spider X family and is now available in the TP putters. In addition to the soft material, the grooves in the insert are set at a 45° downward angle to produce true forward roll faster.
