Overview

  • Mizuno JPX 919 Hot Metal irons provide a perfect balance of launch speed, distance, and launch with soft, controllable landing angles.
  • These irons are made with Chromoly 4140M, a highly resilient material that allows for a new multi-thickness face for incredible ball speed and feel.
  • The new Stability Frame design is open in the heel portion to fine-tune sound and vibration while enhancing stability and launch.
  • Re-engineered sound ribs are developed to hit specific vibration patterns to deliver a satisfying sensation at impact.
  • A one-piece cupped face design offers greater feedback at high ball speeds for improved distance and feel.
  • Chrome plating with a new, more durable pearl brush finish lasts longer and looks softer in the sun.
  • JPX 919 Hot Metal irons are ideal for golfers who want it hit farther with high launch, combining all those distance benefits with a more classic Mizuno look.

Features

  • Chromoly 4140M construction
  • Stability Frame design
  • Re-engineered sound ribs
  • One-piece cupped face
  • Pearl brush finish
  • Custom shaft and grip options at no up-charge

Stability Frame Design

The new Stability Frame design takes weight out of the heel and pushes it out lower in the toe area to reinforce vibration at the proper frequency for maximum feedback. This also moves the sweet spot closer to the center of the face and brings the center of gravity deeper for improved launch.

One-Piece Cupped Face

The one-piece cupped face extends the thinness of the club face to a larger area, amplifying the trampoline effect for higher ball speeds, more distance, and Mizuno's signature feedback. By making it from one piece, they eliminate the inconsistencies and the added weight of a weld.

Pearl Brush Finish and Chromoly Construction

The pearl brush finish lasts longer and Chromoly allows for a new multi-thickness face for incredible ball speed and feel. This allows Mizuno to heat treat parts of the club to added strength while making it more bendable where they need it to adjust things like loft and lie angles.

Re-Engineered Sound Ribs

Re-Engineered Sound Ribs

Five re-engineered sound ribs are located around the top of the cavity to hit specific vibration patterns for a satisfying feel through impact.

Pearl Brush Finish

Mizuno's JPX 919 family of irons all feature a unique pearl brush finish that is even more durable and looks softer out in the sunlight.

Are these club lengths accurate? The mizuno website shows 35.25" for PW - LW. Yours shows 35.5" for PW & GW and then 35.25" for SW & LW. Can you confirm if we order wedges to match our set they will come with the same length as show on the Mizuno website?

Asked by: Matt
The specs on the Mizuno website are correct, we will get this updated. The length of the GW, SW and LW are all 35.25"
