1. Eligibility

The TGW.com x TaylorMade Qi4D Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). Employees of The Golfer's World, LLC ("Sponsor") and TaylorMade Golf Co. ("Prize Provider"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

2. Sponsor

The Golfer's World, LLC, located at PO Box 1000, South St Paul, MN 55075, United States.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the online entry form, including a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same person, whether using the same or different email addresses, will be disqualified. The use of automated systems or bots to submit entries is prohibited.

Bonus entries (optional, not required to win): Entrants may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions during the Promotion Period:

• Following @TGW_thegolfersworld on Instagram
• Following @TaylorMadeGolf on Instagram
• Tagging a friend in the designated giveaway post on the TGW.com Instagram account (+1 entry per tag, maximum 3 bonus entries via tagging)

Bonus entry actions must be completed while logged into a valid, publicly visible Instagram account. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prize, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"), and Odds of Winning

Prize (1 winner): One (1) TaylorMade prize package consisting of Qi4D Core Driver on TGW.com. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $649. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility.

Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or around September 9, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. The selected winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of selection.

The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam filters, junk email settings, or the provision of incorrect contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, or fails to return a completed affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity Consent

By entering, you grant the Sponsor and its authorized agents the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, and general location for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, notice, or consent, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or violates these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Provider, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, injury, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to: technical failures; unavailability of internet or telephone service; unauthorized human intervention; or electronic or human error in administering the Sweepstakes.

10. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. As a condition of entry, all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Minnesota. Participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses.

12. Winners List

To request a winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to PO Box 1000, South St Paul, MN 55075 by September 31, 2026.
