Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mark Crossfield I was always a big fan of the Wilson Duo Ball but when I saw the FG Tour 100 club being reviewed on Mark Crossfield's Youtube channel I instantly feel in love with the look of the club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A solid choice in blade irons category... I'm one of those golfers that's a big fan of blade irons. These Wilson FG 100's are very, very similiar in many ways to my Mizuno MP100(MP33) irons in terms of clubhead size(though the 9 iron and PW are smaller) and overall swing feel/balance and trajectory. They don't feel near as sweet off the clubface, but still are great in that respect. These are top 10% of irons imo. All the latests blades are really excellent, so it really comes down to cosmetics and more which shafts you prefer. These do slightly favor a more sweeping style swing, so someone with a super steep hitter/divot maker swing might prefer the slightly smaller clubhead of the newest Titleist and Callaway blade offerings. Forgiving for a blade and a great product by Wilson non the less! These should be on your short list if you are looking for a new set of blades!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Brilliant I have now played this set of irons for 3 years & have been nothing but blown away by the performance of these clubs. I have played many other bladed irons over the years and to be honest these have taken the top spot for playabilty & feel + durability. Once again I am extremely impressed &* look forward to many more years playing this club. Well done Wilson Staff

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy I got them I'm a 10 handicap. If I play every day, I'm sure I would be a scratch golfer. My last set was Mizuno T-Zoids pro II. I never fell in love with the look, but great clubs. This will be the last set I buy, and I wanted the look that pleases me. I wanted a forged blade with a bright polished chrome look. Very happy. These clubs are beautiful. They work for me! Hitting beautiful shots out of the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second hand, but still beautiful Now it is a rare thing for me to share too much on the interw eb, but I just have to add to these reviews. I have just purchased a used set of used FG 100 blades from a teaching pro. I was reticent, as I have never hit blades before and I have read plenty with most people saying they are so difficult. Well, I have played Titleist AP2s for 6 years now, and whilst they are nice clubs, these Wilson Staff FG Tour 100s are something special. I should say that I do not know what other blades are like, as I have not hit them, but these are beautiful. They do actually feel like a completely different type of golf club. The first hit was a creamy, dreamy 7 iron that felt sooo... soft. I hit them all, right up to the 3 iron, and all felt great. Of course, I missed a couple, but they didn't shake my fingers off. I don't know about the distances yet, but at first look, I think they are about the same, but the descent angle looks steeper and they were stopping on the green very quickly (although the green was very receptive). In summary, don't be scared to get into these. I think they are fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new Staff blades! After using Ping S58's for the last 10 years I put my Ben Hogan Apex ('98 model) back in the bag because I was considering going back to a blade. That convinced me to search out a blade for a new set. Found these Staff blades by accident because, let's face it, not many shops carry forged blades. I've found them to be easy to work left and right, high and low, and consistent through the set. I'm also about 1/2 club longer through the set and notice I spin the ball more with them. Enjoying learning them and hearing comments like, "They look like a set of Wilson's I had in 1982...etc." If you're looking for a blade I highly recommend giving these a test. You won't be disappointed.
