Cleveland TFI Smart Square Halo Putter

True Feel Innovation

The TFI (True Feel Innovation) Smart Square putter is the most advanced putter that Cleveland Golf has ever created. The tour-inspired design features a milled, copper-infused face cap over a copolymer insert for the ultimate in feel and consistency. The combination of materials allows for immediate feedback from sound and feel when striking the ball, while the putters copolymer insert creates soft feel and consistent speed across the club face. The TFI Smart Square putter, which features Smart Square alignment technology, couples a High Density Stabilizing Wing with a Low Density Aluminum Body resulting in increased head MOI for greater stability and minimal distance loss on off-center hits.

Cleveland TFI Smart Square Halo Putter feature:

  • Dual Axis Alignment makes squaring the ball on alignment easier with parallel and perpendicular lines
  • Dual Axis Alignment provides 23% more accurate alignment
  • High density alloy wing increases head MOI for better stability and minimal distance loss on off-center hits
  • Low density aluminum body allows more weight to be placed around the alignment
  • Copolymer insert for softer feel and consistent speed across the whole club face
  • Milled copper face cap delivers immediate feedback through sound and feel on strikes.
  • Mallet shaped head
  • Available in right and left-hand
  • Available lengths: 33" 34" 35"
  • Includes headcover

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More Yips. Had the YIPS . Trusty old Cleveland V.I.P.was in my bag for years. Suddenly my take away was all messed up. Really liked the style of this Halo. Never even seen one on the course. A real eye catcher . Very classy. Goes well with my new Srixon irons, woods and yes, all new Cleveland wedges. Feel is fantastic. Distance control ? Every time. A very true roller. Dependable performance. Now ,Kudos to the design team. Want all the loft this putter will give and not have to manipulate it ? Get in your practice stroke. Place the club slightly up in your stance . Now let go of it. The putter will automatically sit at 3dgs. and be square to the target. On an 18 ft putt this comes out to about 3 ft or so of air before it lands with a dependable roll. This is perfect for chipping from the collar of the green. Also if there are sprinkler heads or a rutted surface ,no worries. No more stubbed wedges trying to make a little pop shot. I have been trying new putters ever since I lost my Ping Anser . Which I had used for over a decade. Settled on the Cleveland V.I.P. Stayed with it for years. Always wanted to cut it down 1'' , add small ball bearings in the shaft and epoxy them in [an old trick to heavy up and counter weight your club] . Add a flatter lie and go. Didn't want to risk messing up a really good putter. Now it's probably the only shot it has at getting back in the bag. I did change my stance from closed with a blade putter to open [which never worked with a blade] when using the Halo. Don't know why this works for me but it does now. After just 2 rounds on a course where winter conditions here in Vegas equal a goat ranch [ too cheap to overseed in the fall at our club. See Ya ! ] I am at least as good as with my trusty V.I.P. Finally done being the impulse buying/club testing/tinkering club hopping there has to be more kind of golfer. All that's left to do is put the right bend on my 545/745 blended irons and find the correct adjustments on Driver and 4 wood. Wedges are as usual Cleveland perfect. And this putter ? Not changing a thing, ever. In 35 years of golf I have never had a complete set in my bag from one company . Big Kudos to Srixon/Cleveland
