Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for flexibility and warm up I find it helps me slowing down my back swing and allows me to get into a nice rhythm before I get to the first tee. I keep it in my bag and use on the course as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good swing training tool Bought the shorter model as a practice tool for irons/hybrids. I have one at my Florida home also. Works great. Just as good as the Orange Whip trainer for less than half the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Stretch I use this before I practice or play to stretch and warm up golf muscles. It helps me to feel where I want my swing to be. It’s especially good when the starter sends me straight to the tee, and I only have enough time to take about 10 or so swings to try and get things in sinc.

HOW DO YOU USE I?

Asked by: MIKEY54
There is a video posted just below the images you may view. It is a training aid designed to improve your swing. You would swing it like a normal golf club. It encourages a flatter swing plane and forces the downswing to be initiated by the lower body, both of which fight slices.
