Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these irons!! I bought this set about 4 and months ago and what a difference it's made in my game. I had them matched up with recoil graphite shafts. OH MY what a difference!!The ball flight is high and long even on mishits. So far I have lowered my scores by 8 strokes!!! I would Strongly recommend these irons to anyone trying to improve their game!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terrific feeling irons, wear poorly, age quickly As many others have noted, these clubs feel terrific. However, also as many others have noted, they show wear and tear at a ridiculous level. I purchased these irons in November 2018, and already they look to be about 4 years old. So I’m torn on a rating and recommendation. They feel great. And they look worn out already. For the significant money I spent, the latter doesn’t seem right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hitting it longer Instantly 10 yards longer. They look and sound great. Only two rounds in, but I'm excited to lower my score this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Investment This is a hidden gem in game improvement irons. I think the cost might scare away some but you will not believe the results. I am a 22 handicap and have been playing GMax for the last 2 years with decent results but the G700 is a giant leap from those clubs. I have played 2 rounds and hit several buckets at the range and can't believe the difference. My authorized Ping fitter set me up with the UST Recoil ES SmacWrap shaft which was made for this head and it is nothing less than amazing. Hopefully I can get my handicap under 18. I normally don't do reviews but this was something I really wanted to share. As far as the reviews complaining about the finish I want to say these irons are no different than any others. All irons will get scuffed and if you want a club that doesn't show a scratch you need to take up another sport like badminton. Keep them clean and they will play like new every round. Thanks Ping.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't like them. I have had them for about 2 weeks now and I have practiced with them every day and I cannot hit them consistently as I did with the demo.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from G700 Compared to my old TaylorMade M4 iron, I feel that the G700's are not as forgiving. About the same distance but the shot dispersion is greater.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New ping 700 I got my new pink 700 irons about a week ago when out and played with them and shot the lowest score I’ve shot for six months. Very easy to play with and hit the ball a club longer. The ball goes higher with a lot more span when it hits the greens. I wouldn’t trade them in for any Amount of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feel I felt my game was ready for a change of clubs, so I traded in my Gmax for G700s and I love them. Tried several other irons, including Titleist, Calaway, and Taylor Made, but I wanted to stick with Ping. It came down to the G400 and G700 and I went with the G700 and so glad it did. They feel great and I feel like I have more touch with irons. Light weight and the ball jumps off the club head.

I recently ordered a 5 and 6 iron. Currently how long does it take to receive these irons via the custom spec option? Also do custom spec irons come directly from Ping to the purchaser or do the come from Ping to tgw then shipped to the purchaser?

Asked by: DJ
Custom club orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery, depending on demand at the manufacturer's facility.
