Q & A

PING Ladies Rhapsody 151 Drivers

A Lighter Driver For More Speed And Distance

A lighter total weight with a highly forgiving Ti 6-4, 460cc clubhead make the Rhapsody driver optimized for women to maximize speed and distance. Turbulator Technology on the crown reduce aerodynamic drag to higher speed and ball velocity for added distance. Heel weighting makes it easier to square the clubface for straighter and longer drives. The Rhapsody also allows for fine-tuned trajectory with an adjustable loft of +/- 1°.

PING Ladies Rhapsody 151 Drivers feature:

  • Lofts: 12.0
  • Crown turbulators reduce drag to increase clubhead speed and ball velocity for more distance
  • Lower and farther back CG for longer, more forgiving drives with higher launch
  • Heel weighting promotes square impact for longer, straighter drives
  • 460 cc clubhead
  • Shafts: PING ULT 220 Lite PING ULT 220 Ultra Lite
  • Available in Ladies
  • Lightweight compound used in the grip reduces overall weight
  • Pearl colored crown with attractive tropic color theme and distinctive new women's PING logo

Why is the new rhapsody  driver named after a previous rhapsody driver that I owned and loved  is there any similarity

Asked by: Golfing Brit
You may own the previous model Ping Rhapsody Driver. This is the newer version Ping Rhapsody 151 driver. They both still offer maximized distance and speed. They are light weight and aerodynamic.

I just purchased a Ping Ladies G LE driver w/ an Ultra Lite shaft. How do I know that my shaft is an Ultra Lite Graphite shaft ? The shaft shows UL: FLEX ULT230 w/o the words Ultra Lite Graphite on it.

Asked by: Makagiri
You should be able to tell by the weight of the shaft. An ultra lite should only have a a weight of 40g where as the Lite would be 50g.
