Q & A

  • Wilson’s D300 fairway woods were designed first and foremost to deliver from a distance standpoint, but the impressive distance they create does not come at the expense of accuracy, feel, or look.
  • Right Light Technology is enabling lighter overall golf clubs that produce increased clubhead speed but still offer balance and stability.
  • Micro Vortex Generators are used on the crown to reduce air drag, which helps lead to improved distance.
  • Additionally, Carpenter 455 Face Inserts have been utilized in the design to create a thinner clubface that delivers higher ball speeds.
  • Wilson D300 fairway woods have a swing weight of D3 and come in lofts of 15, 18, and 21 degrees.
  • Stock shaft: Matrix Speed Rulz A Type 49

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Swing easy for good distance I got the Wilson D 300 #5 fairway wood about a month ago and have played with it several times. I love the light feel and the graphite shaft with senior flex allows me to swing the club with ease while maintaining distance..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really helped my game! I usually play on our local Par 3 course. The longest hole is 250 yards, so driver and even 3 wood out of the question usually. This club fills the gap for me and has really started to improve my scoring!
