Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was a Christmas present last year. It has never worked for me. The top and bottom arrows are extremely sensitive. The touch screen is extremely sensitive and goes all over the place. Try to touch the screen you want and it flips to another screen constantly. Cannot get the screen you want to stay in place. I hate this watch. I sometimes wonder if I got a "bad" watch. .....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from None that really help out in the course Doesn’t always locate you or put you on the correct hole. Touch screen isn’t sensitive enough. Phone app more useful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from touch screen problems was a good watch, although the battery would only last for 1 round and a half, needed to charge it overtime before golfing, have touchscreen problems, and tried software upgrade , re calibration, does not help , now it is completely gone, and the service center denies to repair, as it is hardly 14 months old, and warranty is covered only for 12 months, replacement cost from company is $ 100 , cannot recommend this product at all

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charging compatibility issues I charged it up initially on my computer and synced it with Garmin Express. After the first use, the battery drains fast, it need to charge. I plugged it in overnight but it would not turn on, unfortunately I didn't find out until I was on the course. Turns out it does not charge using any aftermarket plug with USB adapter (like you get with your cell phone), a car charger, my Anker portable charge (which charges my iPhone 3 times before having to be plugged in), or the white plug that comes with the iPhone. I did finally get it to work with a Samsung plug. This was extremely frustrating and I was not able to use it as much as I wanted too. Upon reading more reviews this seems to be a common complaint with this product. However, I did play golf with someone this weekend that was using a portable charger like my Anker and it was charging for him. Maybe I got a lemon, we will see.
