Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved them at fist... Over all satisfied. But cleats holders came loose when replacing spikes. Attempted to super glue them in with no success. Can no longer use them because spikes randomly pop out. Total bummer!! Usually positive and will continue to buy foot joy. Just didn't seem right for the normal quality I get from the footjoy brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for "barefoot" feel! I waited until I played 5 riding or 2 walking rounds before writing this review. This review is after 5 rounds riding: PROS: Wearable right out of the box with little to no break in time! This shoe is great because it feels very "natural" on the course. If you are the guy/gal who likes wearing vibram fivefinger, New Balance Minimus, or any freestyle shoe these are the shoes for you hands down. Basically, if you wish you could golf barefoot but wanted a bit more traction, these are it! The turf interaction is great, allowing you to feel the contours on the tee box, fairways, and greens. It provides great traction in moderate to cooler temperatures (< 90 degrees). The soft spikes don't mark up greens, so that's a plus for people playing behind you. I wore these shoes to play two rounds back to back last week and I must say they were the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. FJ definitely upholds its renowned fame of being extremely comfortable. Also, the sole of these shoes stay exceptionally clean. Grass clippings, sand, anything on the course really for dew sweepers like myself are usually something that clogs up the spikes, but not in these shoes. A quick tap on the shoe and the debris falls off! CONS: The shoe traction gets extremely diminished if the air&ground temperatures are up (>90 degrees). Starting on the 20th hole of the 36, I slipped/lost traction in approximately 4 tee shots and 5 fairway strokes. I believe the high temperature made the ground hot so it made the spikes a bit too pliable causing a reduction in traction. A solution to this problem is installing different spikes, but I shouldn't have to, I really don't loose the ground feel of these shoes. They started to squeak on me, even after buying a FJ Representative's recommendation of cedar shoe trees (I waited to use them until my shoe trees came in). The clear plastic that wraps around the shoe has started to come off the shoe in the fold zones. I hope water doesn't leak in these spots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Terrific shoes ....... Maybe The shoes are good looking and fit well with one exception. For some reason the heel box does not fit snugly even though the shoes are very comfortable. As a result the movement up-and-down causes my socks to bunch up and become uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is a problem that can only be discovered on the course not while trying on for comfort. I'm working on a solution which hopefully I will find.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FJ shoes are without a doubt the best golf shoes made Great feel and good grip. A bit harsh on the greens, but not too bad

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would recommend this product to anyone willing to listen This shoe runs a size bigger. Before my purchase, I spoke with a Footjoy consultant and he recommended a size smaller than normal. I'm a size 13 in a Nike so I ordered a size 12. Right out of the box, the freestyle fit like a glove and we're extremely comfortable. The most appealing part of these shoes besides the color way, were the traction the shoe provided. My stability was by far the best I've experienced so far in a golf shoe. Due to the traction and the feeling that my feet were closer to the ground, gave me the ability to swing more aggressively, which kept me balanced through my whole swing. Great concept. Look forward to a new version down the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe, but they are bigger than size indicated I normally wear a size 15. I forgot to pack my golf shoes on vacation a few weeks ago. The pro-shop of the course I was playing only had one shoe close to a 15, and it was these shoes in a 14. I bought them anyway. Luckily for me, they fit perfect!! My DNAs are size 15 and fit just as well as these, but the FreeStyle is MUCH more comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extreme comfort but Fit 1-1/2" large Extremely comfortable and was happy to notice 9 1/2" wasn't too tight. After 9 holes walking on a sloped fringe, my feet slipped inside the shoe and then decided I could had gone to a 9 or even 8 1/2" when I normally wear a 10"! I am not sure how they missed sized theses so off but you need to try these on prior to buying.
