Q & A

  • Callaway's Jailbreak Technology now features an hourglass glass shape, making them 25% lighter.
  • The new X-Face architecture strategically makes parts of the club face thicker and thinner for faster speed all over.
  • Triaxial carbon material in the crown saves more weight, relocating it to the perimeter of the head for higher MOI (stability).
  • It's perfect for all types of golfers, adding ball speed for distance and greater forgiveness to find more fairways.

  • Jailbreak Technology has been redesigned to save more weight while stiffening the crown and sole
  • Triaxial carbon crown saves weight and redistributes it in a new high-MOI head shape for maximum forgiveness
  • Boeing Aero Package redefines the shape of the leading edge and Speed Step technology for better airflow and faster head speed
  • New X-Face Architecture uses varying thickness to promote faster ball speed across a larger area of the club face
  • Wide range of premium after-market shafts available in every weight class for custom performance
  • Includes headcover

Improved Jailbreak Technology

The internal titanium bars have been redesigned into an hourglass shape for even more weight savings. Jailbreak bars stiffen the crown and sole to promote faster ball speed in the face while now allowing weight to be placed elsewhere for more forgiveness.

New High-MOI Head Shape

Triaxial carbon crown is lightweight and strong, redistributing weight to the perimeter of the club head to significantly increase forgiveness, giving you longer, straighter shots even on off-center hits.

Boeing Aero Package

Boeing and Callaway developed the Speed Step technology used in previous drivers. Now the leading edge has been redesigned to improve airflow and deliver faster club head speed.

New X-Face Architecture

X-Face uses a variable face thickness design, strategically placing thicker and thinner sections where you need them to give you the ideal performance no matter where you strike the ball.

Callaway Men's Rogue Driver Aldila Synergy 50 Regular Left 9.0 is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 91.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Driver has great distance I had the Epic driver and could tell an increase in my distance off the tee. When I bought my Rogue driver, I couldn't believe the increased distance I had over the Epic. Great product! I will definitely be getting the 3 wood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! You can absolutely boom the ball with this club. I upgraded to this club from an XR driver I had for about 3 years and the difference was instantly noticeable. The jailbreak technology makes it sound different from the XR, so that took some getting used to. But the distance and improved accuracy this club gives over my old driver is ridiculous. I easily added 15-20 yards of carry, and my shot dispersion tightened up a lot. If you're looking to change drivers, you have go to try this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful driver with great results Was gaming the PING G400 with no intentions to change. Was spinning the PING a little too much so I went to my local GOLFTEC for a fitting. They put the Rogue in my hands with the EvenFlo shaft and the results were immediate and very impressive. I have to admit I liked the feel and sound of the PING better but the added distance and playability of the Rogue have more than made up for that. I did replace the shaft with a House of Forged Code Blue which has given me even better results. This is an overall great driver. I liked the look and performance so much I put the Rogue Sub Zero 3W and 5W in my bag. I will be posting reviews on those two beasts as well. Would definitely recommend this club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A step up from my Epic driver Overall, the Rogue is more forgiving and sounds better than my Epic. Unfortunately, the stock shaft was not right for me. I was fitted and found an aftermarket shaft was clearly a better choice for me than the stock one. Overall, I could not be more happy with my choice. I did demo drivers from other manufacturers before confirming that the Rogue was better in my hands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Having Fun Hitting my Driver I notoriously do not hit a driver well, until now. I've tried several drivers which I didn't hit efficiently. There's just something about the Callaway Rogue. I find it easy to easy and I'm hitting my drives straighter and longer. I'm actually out driving some of my younger friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is who let the dog out I truly have picked up around 10 to 15 yards on my drives and for my age (72) that is really great. Lots of others claim you will gain, but I did on this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forgiving, balanced, and accurate. Soft feel, stays online, great ball flight. I can hit any ball shape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never hit any driver this straight and so far! I adjusted the loft to 11 degrees - love the fact that you can do that! Hit this driver straighter and farther than any other driver in 25 years!!

Is customization of length and installation of a midsize grip an option?  Says it comes with headcover; does that include a wrench?

Asked by: Gorman
To customize the clubs to your preferred specs and set composition, you will need to click the "enter custom specs" tab located just above the image of the driver. The drive will come with both a head cover and a wrench.

How do you know what shaft to choose for a driver . Callaway Rogue

Asked by: wagrgolf
The shaft choice will depend on your preference of how heavy the shaft, flex, etc. We have a video posted on the product page of the shafts and specs you may view. If you're unsure of which shaft would be best for you we would recommend visiting a club fitter or you can click the "fitting guide" tab at the top of the page just above the image.

what is the difference between rogue and rogue subzero drivers?

Asked by: uvaloki
The Sub Zero model has a slightly different head shape that keeps the center of gravity low and deep for to help reduce spin. It also has two interchangeable sole weights to provide more control over spin and launch.
