Callaway Men's Big Bertha OS Combo Irons

Big Bertha Golf Irons And Hybrids Work Together To Unlock More Distance

The new Big Berth OS golf irons bring Callaway's revolutionary club head construction, the Exo-Cage, to irons for more distance in a whole new way. Exo-Cage Technology is a super strong chassis made with incredibly lightweight material, allowing Callaway engineers to place weight in strategic locations for greater forgiveness. This also works in tandem with the next generation of 360 Face Cup technology to function more efficiently for faster ball speed and greater distance. You get faster ball speeds across the entire club face which means more distance with every swing of your irons. Callaway's Standing Wave technology is now loaded with tungsten to lower the CG, while progressive center of gravity in each golf iron gives you optimial launch, distance and control with every club in the iron set.

Callaway Men's Big Bertha OS Combo Irons features:

  • Set Composition: 3H, 4H, #5-PW • 4H, 5H, #6-AW
  • New Exo-Cage Technology is lightweight and strong, allowing more weight to be placed in strategic locations to increase forgiveness and club face function
  • Next generation 360 Face Cup technology brings club face COR up to the USGA limite for even faster ball speeds and more distance
  • Tungsten-loaded Standing Wave in the sole lowers the CG for higher launch with longer carry and more speed on shots hit low on the club face
  • Progressive CG moves the center of gravity progressively lower as you move through the set for higher launch and long carry with long irons and greater control with short irons

Callaway Men's Big Bertha OS Combo Irons is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Monster distance! 68 year old with decent swing speed. Was fitted and hitting the 6 iron in the simulator 4 of 8 hits were 206 yards. Hit one fat and thought might go 175 to my surprise it went 195, the worst of the 8. These clubs are easily 2 clubs longer...my old set of ping g30s I might hit 6 iron 180

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great irons I loved my first set of Big Bertha irons but drifted to other brands over the years. The design of the current model caught my eye and I decided to try them out. Loved the way they felt. Have played a dozen rounds with new set of irons and find them to be forgiving and long. A bit pricey but a good value. The two hybrids aren't dramatically different than my old ones but they perform well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am hitting longer and straighter shots more often. I just replaced my 35 year old set of Wilson 1200 GE with the bottleneck grips this past year. First I replaced the Driver and 3 Wood with Cobra King F6's. I just replaced the rest with Callaway Big Bertha Fusion 5 Wood and the Callaway Big Bertha OS 4H, 5H, 6I - SW with graphite R shafts. I was always a long iron hitter but I love these Hybrids and Irons. I was fitted by a Callaway Rep and got that +1" and R graphite verses the old stiff steel on my 1200 GE's. I tried out the Steelhead's but I needed the extra offset. My scores will continue to drop as I learn my new club selection distances. I am thinking of getting a Great Big Bertha Heavenwood to fill the last remaining slot in my bag.
