Bridgestone Mens JGR Drivers Graphite Stiff Right 10.5 is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slightly more forgiving, but . . . . The reviews generally praised this driver, so even though I wasn't looking to buy a driver, the price and the comments about being a forgiving driver lured me in. When I got it, I was impressed with the look and swing feel. When I got to the course, my first 3 drives were horrible (2 severe hooks and 1 moderate slice). Then I measured it against my previous TaylorMade driver. The Bridgestone was a half-inch longer. I adjusted my address/stance slightly, and I've been hitting them fairly well ever since. I would agree that this driver is a bit more forgiving than other drivers I've owned, but on drives that feel crushed, it's at least 25 yards shorter than my older TaylorMade driver. The trajectory is different, and it sounds great off the face, but instead of 285 to 305 on perfect hits, it's more like 255 to 275. If the distance was similar and the forgiveness was improved, it would be a no-brainer, but nobody likes to sacrifice that much distance off the tee.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking club. I hit my taylormade M2 further though. The loft can be the reason. 9.5 Taylormade, 10.5 Bridgestone

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good I bought this driver based upon reviews in a golf magazine I read. My previous drivers have been CALLAWAY XRs and I’ve had some good rounds with them but lately haven’t been hitting it well so took a chance with JGR driver. I’m happy so far after two rounds had some really nice drives and very few slices (actually had a couple draws which is rare for me), just wish my irons and putter were working a little better and could of had Better scores. I’m using a 10.5 degree with stiff shaft. Contact has been solid with good feedback and sound, you can tell when you miss hit it, however, misfits haven’t been that bad (except for the draw that I normally don’t hit taking me into the water hazard. Would recommend to all levels and remember to let the club do the work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definite Improvement The 12 degree regular shaft has given me an extra 10yds over my Taylormade R9.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth swinging club I took a chance on this driver last month based on the reviews and even though it is winter I have played with it twice and it is a great feeling driver. I have not adjusted the club yet as it did not ship with the adjuster tool. But with the factory settings the driver has a nice launch angle, good roll and stays generally straight (at least when I swing halfway decently). The regular shaft is lightweight but not whippy. I was playing with a Taylor Made R15 driver and I like the feel of the Bridgestone much better. Well worth the price.
