Bat-Caddy X3R Remote Control Electric Golf Caddy is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine Caddy came out of box working and with no problem at all. Suggest you read instructions while charging battery. After a trial run in the yard I hit the golf course to try out the machine. I found that keeping the remote in your pocket can cause unexpected and unwelcomed movement from the caddy. Solved this by placing the remote in a cell phone holder attached to my belt. Also suggest you take caution with the wire protruding from the remote. This is not a strap but the antenna. I've used this four times now and love it. Wish I had bought one sooner. Bat Caddy with the remote is the way to go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good deal, but has issues i have had the x3R for almost a year and it has served me well, but not without problems. the overall quality and durability is average. remote function is good, tracking is so-so. i have had trouble with both wheel hubs and the battery cable. the good news is that the service department (thanks, ron) is very responsive and sent replacement parts promptly. long battery life noted in other reviews is also a plus. based on my experience, i would be surprised if the unit lasted more than a few years without a major breakdown. the price still makes it worth it, although i wonder how it compares to some of the other lower-priced brand such as cart-tek.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from just as advertised great product great price When i bought this item,I had in the back of my mind that the price and product was to good to be true. I received the Bat Caddy X3R in January 2011 and of course had too wait about two months to really use it. An now after 20 rounds, I see that I made the right choice. I have play more than 18 holes of golf in one day a couple of times and wondered if the battery indicator was working. I really think i could play 36 holes without any problem with issues with battery life. My course is very hilly and has been very wet. The Bat Caddy has performed great. I would recommend the Bat Caddy to everyone. PS I could have spent more money on a higher price cart, but why.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but can be better! The product delivers what it promised yet I'd like to see more accurate control - turning and steering. And the front tire seems very soft. I used it for 3 rounds and I already see worn marks on the front tire. I'd like to see more quality on accessaries that came with the cart. It says $ 190 worth of bonus but they are minimal in its quality. Compared to other carts on the market - I used two other brands, the accessaries are below average in its quality. Over all, it is a good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love to walk now! Long time cart rider - nervous to walk the first time since the course is 10k yards (total) but this bad boy made walking a pleasure. Legs hurt the next day but the cart was ready to go again. Battery didn't even drop 1 charge inidcator LED. Wait for a good TGW sale & go for it - you won't be sorry!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value I have now been using the Bat Caddy 3XR for about three weeks using it two to three times per week. This is a very good value compared to other electric caddies on the market. Simple to use and appears to be very durable. My only disappointment is the remote feature of the 3XR. I can't get the caddy to track straight and I find when I use the remote mode I am constantly having to adjust the direction the caddy is going. I adjusted the front wheel twice but with limited success. I now use the "hold the handle" mode and make make small direction corrections from there. I enjoy this mode only wish I had bought the X3 or X2 that don't have the remote feature and saved some money. However, the price was still a bargain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Electronic caddie I've ever used. My Bat X3R was delivered faster than promised. I've used it theree times and am more than satisfied with it's performance and the ease of setting up and breaking down. I play on hilly courses and have gotten 27 holes with it on a single charge.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bat Caddy is Terrific This is a great cart and the manufacturer stood behind their product. We had a small problem with the cart when it arrived, TGW and the manufacturer made it right straight away. Kudos to both. We have used the cart for 3 rounds now and have been very pleased. Cart is light, dual rear wheel drive, remote control is very nice too. Cart does drift a bit but I think that is a weight distribution issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very happy with this cart For golfers who suffer some back strain by pushing or pulling a cart, the X3R is a great powered cart. You will find that the cart works best when you still walk with the cart at your pace (you easily can match the cart to your pace), but when you do find yourself separated from the cart (at the green or when looking for your ball in leaves) - retrieving the cart by remote is great. Accessories- The seat is great! The carry bag is good for protecting your car from dirt & grass on your cart, but beware, you can tear it easily, it is still best to lift the cart through the bag, not by the bag straps. Likewise, the drink holder is not very durable, but the Bagboy universal available on TGW works well with the cart.
