These Terms Concerning Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content (these "Terms") are a supplement to Terms of Use for the tgw
website (the "Site"). BY SUBMITTING A REVIEW, COMMENT, COMMUNICATION, OR OTHER CONTENT (the "Content") TO US, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE
TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT SUBMIT THE CONTENT.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent purchase. The aim with these product reviews is to give honest opinions
about your product experience. Passing on accurate information about your purchase can truly help other golfers select the ideal golfing
equipment for their needs.
To submit Content, you must follow these requirements:
•Please do not write in ALL CAPS.
•Please be truthful about what you liked or disliked.
•Please write in English only.
•Please do not include HTML tags or URLs or otherwise attempt to include viruses or other malicious code.
•Please do not include actual prices, discounts, or other pricing/promotional information.
•Please do not direct comments/questions to The Golf Warehouse staff.
•Do not copy or use someone else's trademarks, business logos, or copyrighted or other proprietary materials.
•Please do not impersonate someone else, or write any information about another person.
•Please do not quote material from websites, books, magazines, newspapers, or other sources.
•Please do not comment on or question other reviews, or the content of this website. This content is subject to
change without notice.
•Please do not include telephone numbers, physical addresses, e-mail addresses, or any other information that can be linked to a
specific individual.
•Please be as specific as possible. Your fellow golfers want to know exactly what you liked or disliked about the product.
•Please refrain from profanity or illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, other objectionable or injurious content
(as determined by The Golf Warehouse in its sole discretion).
•Political campaigning, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" is prohibited.
•You must be 18 or older to write a review.
The Golf Warehouse reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review all Content and to refuse or remove at any time any Content that
it believes (or has reason to suspect) does not comply with these Terms or The Golf Warehouse terms of use (taking any other action that
The Golf Warehouse is entitled to under law or under those terms of use). Content (including reviews and ratings) are personal opinions of
the individuals posting them and The Golf Warehouse makes no representation, nor does it give any warranty as to completeness, suitability
or accuracy. To the full extent permitted by law, The Golf Warehouse disclaims all responsibility or liability in any way for Content posted
by users. Posted reviews will generally be removed from the Site one year after the posting date, although we may keep copies of Content
indefinitely after removal from the Site.
You are fully responsible for the content of your review. If you post or submit Content, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant
The Golf Warehouse and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media,
including, as an example, advertisements and promotions. You grant The Golf Warehouse and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use
the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you have completely followed all of the
requirements stated in these Terms, and you agree to indemnify The Golf Warehouse or its affiliates for all claims resulting from the Content.
