1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals who are employees, officers or directors of The Golf Warehouse ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners and parents, children and siblings and their spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply.

2. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter.  1) Product Review Entry: Visit TGW.com, BaseballSavings.com, SoccerSavings.com or TennisSavings (each, a "Participating Site") and follow the directions provided to submit a positive, neutral or negative review, based on your own personal experiences, of a product you purchased from that Participating Site within the past 12 months ("Product Review Entry"). Note that you must include #sweepsentry in your review in order for it to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.  [Note:  In the event you want to use any of these reviews for any purpose off of the website, such as in a catalog or other marketing materials, you will need to disclose that they were obtained in connection with a sweepstakes entry.] Sweepstakes entry requires user to use existing account or create a free user account to enter via this method. Limit one (1) Entry per product per person/email address. Multiple Entries per Eligible Product from any person/email address will be void. Entries via this method must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the Entry Period Closing Date indicated above to be eligible for that drawing. Non-Review Entry: You may also enter without writing a product review by handwriting your name, address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 note card and mailing it in an envelope with proper postage affixed directly to TGW.com; attn: Review Sweepstakes (Creative Services); 8851 E 34th St. North, Wichita, KS; 67226 ("Non-Review Entry", and may be referred to separately and collectively with "Product Review Entry" as "Entry" or "Entries").  There is no limit on the number of Non-Purchase Entries you can receive; however, there is a limit of one (1) Non-Review Entry per handwritten stamped outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted.

Use of any device to automate entry or to subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such Entries will be void.  All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By entering via the Product Review method of entry, You (i) represent and warrant that the Entry is wholly your original and unpublished work and you own the copyright to the Entry (including, if applicable, any photograph uploaded as part of the review) and that the Entry represents your true and accurate review of the applicable product, (ii) fully and completely comply with these Official Rules, (iii) grant permission, without limitation, for Sponsor and its affiliates to display online or otherwise use the Entry (including any photograph) You entered in the Sweepstakes, as part of the Sweepstakes, and in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing, without notice or compensation to, or permission from, You (as more fully described in Section 6 below).

Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

• makes any claim about a product, Sponsor’s or otherwise, that is not truthful or that cannot be substantiated;
• is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic;
• promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
• is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;
• appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
• defames, misrepresents or contains unfairly disparaging remarks about Sponsor, its products or services or other people or companies;
• contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress owned by others, in a manner that infringes a trademark owner’s rights;
• contains copyrighted materials owned by others without permission to the extent permission is necessary;
• contains materials embodying the names or other indicia identifying any person, such as personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead; and/or
• violates any law.

Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

By submitting Your Entry, You agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify Your Entry for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

By submitting a Product Review Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the Product Review Entry to be posted on TGW.com, BaseballSavings.com, SoftballSavings, or SoccerSavings.com and/or Sponsor’s social media websites and used in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing (as more fully described in Section 6 below). Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of any Product Review Entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting or use of any Product Review Entry and may take down any Product Review Entry at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion.

3. Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be drawn at random each month on the day after the last day of the applicable Entry Period from among all eligible Entries received for that Entry Period.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for that drawing.  Nonwinning Entries from one Entry Period will not roll-over into subsequent Entry Periods.

4. PRIZES (6) (One (1) Per Entry Period): A $250 Gift Card good toward purchases on TGW.com, BaseballSavings.com, SoftballSavings, or SoccerSavings.com.  Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon.  [Note: If there are material restrictions associated with use of gift card such as an expiration date, those should be set forth here.] ARV: $250 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $1500. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and or modify a prize with a prize of comparable or greater retail value. All taxes on a prize and all costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specified in these Official Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of winners. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified on the day of the applicable drawing by e-mail. If Sponsor, using commercially reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a potential winner within five (5) business days from the first contact attempt, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner has not, or does not, comply with these Official Rules, then such potential winner shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be notified.

6. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree that You shall [a] grant Sponsor and its licensees an non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to the reproduction and use of the Product Review Entry (including all rights embodied therein) for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or further permission from, or notification to, You, including, but not limited to, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right, in any and all media (now known or later developed) to assign, use, publish, edit, adapt, modify, alter, reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works or otherwise exploit Product Review Entries, including the names and likenesses embodied therein, for commercial or non-commercial use, including, but not limited to, in advertising produced by Sponsor. You further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its licensees in furtherance of such use; not to use Product Review Entry for any commercial purposes, or for submission into any other Sweepstakes for a period of two (2) years from end date of this Sweepstakes.

7. GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree to permit Sponsor and its designees to use Your name, likeness, Entry, biographical information and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter developed, including but not limited to on Sponsor’s website and social media pages, in perpetuity, in any manner, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or permission from, or notification to, You, and further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its designees in furtherance of such use.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree: [a] to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes; and [b] to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partnership, members, principals, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind arising out of or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy.
Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: [a] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of Entries; [b] failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; late, lost, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, garbled, misdirected or incomplete Entries or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, the incorrect uploading of the photo or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or [c] any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and limit Entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion and, if terminated, to award prize(s) for the Entry Period(s) at issue from all non-suspect, eligible Entries received for such drawing(s) prior to such action taking place using the judging procedure set forth above.  In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. WINNERS LIST: To receive the winners’ names, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received after April 30, 2012, to: TGW Inc Review Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o The Golf Warehouse, Inc., 8851 E. 34th Street North, Wichita, KS, for receipt no later than June 1, 2013.

10. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with New York state law.
