Q. Why isn't a promotion you're running working with the items I am trying to buy?

A. Due to manufacturer policies, some products will not qualify for every promotion.
There are a few products that cannot participate in free shipping offers. Therefore, if you have a non-qualifying item in your cart, as well as other merchandise that does qualify for free shipping you will receive prorated shipping as opposed to free.

A number of items are non-discountable and are excluded from price promotions. Multiple offers that include price reductions cannot be combined. All non-discountable items are identified by the statement "Discounts cannot be applied to this product" which is located near the "ADD TO CART" button.

Q. How can I track the status of my order?

A. Use our Order Status / Tracking interface to track your orders online. Express Order Customers can enter their order id & either their billing zip code or last name. Customers with TGW accounts can simply login to see the status of their complete order history.

Q. What are the policies for returns and exchanges?
A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item online. Items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 60 days after the item was purchased. more
Q. How can I opt-out of marketing emails?

A. You can opt-out of marketing emails by clicking here, filling out the "email address" field and clicking the "unsubscribe" button. You may also contact customer service by clicking here and requesting the removal of your email address. If you choose to opt-out, you will still receive emails regarding your orders (i.e. shipping confirmations, back-order notifications, etc).

Q. How can I verify that the website is secure?

A. All transactions are taken over a secure server connection. You may note the https in the URL of our order submission page. This means that your information is not accessible to everyone else. All transactions are fully encrypted through PGP Business Security. PGP allows us to encrypt all information being transmitted to TGW. more

Q. How will I know what the shipping charges are?
Calculate Shipping
A. After adding a product to the shopping cart, hit the "Calculate Shipping" button. Enter your city, state, zip & country and hit the "Submit" button to calculate your shipping charges.
Q. Once my order is placed, how quickly will it ship?

A. In-stock orders placed using Best Value Ground or Fast-Track Ground are shipped within 48 hours. In order to be eligible for that day's 2nd Business Day, or Next Business Day, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM (CST) Monday thru Friday.

2nd Day orders placed on Thursday by 1:00 PM (CST) will arrive Monday. Next Business Day orders placed on Friday by 1:00 PM (CST) will arrive Monday. (Saturday Delivery upgrade available.) All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping method.

For items that are "Shipped From Manufacturer," please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. Some items "Shipped From Manufacturer" may have an additional shipping fee.

Shipping times for custom orders are item specific. Please visit our custom and personalization center or contact customer service at 1-888-838-5551 for details.

Note: Orders which require additional credit card authorization procedures may have a delay in shipping. You will be contacted if additional information or documentation is required.

Q. How do I find products on your website'
A. There are three basic ways you can search for products at - The Golf Warehouse. First, you can use our "Search" feature. Simply type in the item you're looking for and hit the "Go" button. The website will take you to a listing of all products matching your search criteria.

Second, you can search for products for each specific manufacturer by using the drop-down menu next to the "Search" box. Select a manufacturer and proceed to a page featuring links and products specific to that manufacturer.

Lastly, you can use our tab navigation located towards the top of every page to search for products by category. Click a tab to expand it to a listing of a variety of categories.
