Comfortable, but little heel cushioning
Comfortable, decent traction, very light, but the bottom of the heel has little cushioning. I have used them on the range so far, not on the course yet.

Great shoe: comfortable, good traction and stylish
This my 3rd pair of Trues! They feel great right out of the box. They provide good traction even on wet turf.

My favorite shoes
This is my 4th pair of True Linkswear shoes so I am obviously a fan. I bought the sensei model because 1) they were on sale, 2) they seemed like a good summer shoe and 3) they looked like a shoe that could be worn off the course without looking like a "golf shoe." I am very satisfied on all counts. Last week I walked 36 holes without ever even thinking about my feet. These are the most comfortable shoes (not just golf shoes) I have ever worn. I have a pair of black leather TL shoes that I often wear to work and have even had compliments on them (although I don't find them that attractive and I don't care; they are that comfortable).
The ONLY downside to TL in general is that the traction is dicey in sloppy conditions. In good conditions, no problem at all. The Sensei model in particular is not waterproof (at least I don't think they are) but are great for a summer golf shoe. At the price I paid I should have bought another pair.
