ECCO Mens Biom Hybrid Golf Shoes
Best golf shoes I've ever owned.
I remember in the 1980s when Nike first introduced their wing tip golf shoe. At that time, I thought they were the most comfortable shoe ever made. Since then, so many great advancements to golf shoes have been made. I don't know that these are revolutionary, but they are incredibly comfortable and provide tremendous traction. Straight out of the box, they are so comfortable. The leather has a buttery feel, and the lacing system easily helps to get the fit just right. They are very lightweight, which also makes these shoes more comfortable. You'd think with the spikeless design, that you'd lose traction, but on the contrary these have great traction. I love these shoes so much, I now have a second pair.
A word of caution, these do run large. I normally wear a US size 10. Thank goodness I tried these on at Dick's before buying through tgw.com. I needed a European size 42, which they say translates into a US size 9-9.5. You may want to try a pair on locally before buying.

out of the box and played 36- love them
I have two pairs of adizero Adidas and a pair of footjoy dry joys, these shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever. Wore them on a 55 degree day with lots of dew on the ground, no traction problems. I got these to walk more rather than ride a cart and they will be great. Feet stayed dry, no cramping of toes and aching arches (arch support is great). Played 36 and I wore then home in the car. other shoes I can't wait to take off and get in the car. Thinking about getting another pair. I slipped on one drive that I tried to kill, mostly bad foot movement. Other than that, I would say traction is good but not as good as Adidas adizero's.

Comfortable but not for golf
Bought these last month. They are, perhaps, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. But so far, I'd have to say they are just not for golf. I really want to like these, but they do not provide the grip or stability I expect from a golf shoe. Given their very high price, I'm disappointed.

Pricey but comfy
I have plantar fasciitis and suffered through 100 rounds last year wearing another brand. Decided to give the Ecco shoe a try, and after 40 rounds of walking 18 holes, I'm more than satisfied. I'm almost completely pain free and no longer have to ice my heel after each round. While the shoes are starting to show some cosmetic wear, they have held up under all conditions--lots of rain and wet conditions but also hard, dry ground. I'm anxious to see how they'll fare over the remainder of the season.
