Truly Unique Driver Is Designed To Dominate!

Unique brazing process chemically bonds the titanium face and body to an ultra-thin beta titanium crown without welding as is typical. Weld lines limit the forgiveness of the face on off center hits. Without weld lines, Tour Edge is able to maximize the C.O.R. or “springiness” of the face. You simply get more power from any given hit from any given spot along the face.

Tour Edge Mens Exotics XCG5 Drivers feature:

  • Lofts: 9° • 10.5° • 12°
  • Graphite shaft available in Regular or Stiff flex
  • Available in right-hand only
  • Lifetime Warranty

Does not work for golfers who cut the ball. If you are a golfer who cuts the ball and creates a fade, this club will turn your fade into a slice. The only way to correct it is to slow down your swing, dramatically. I believe it has to do with the lightness and flexibility of the shaft. The club head comes through quicker, creating a bigger cut, thus a larger slice. If you are like most golfers, slowing down your swing is the most difficult chore in golf. If you have a naturally slower swing (such as the ones most seniors have due to loss of flexibility) then the club may work for you. A stiffer shaft may have solved this problem for me but I didn't want to take the time or money to find out. June 15, 2014
Made me switch After purchasing the Tour Edge Exotics XCG5 Driver, I got rid of my Taylor made and Ping. August 15, 2013
Terrible club Played with it twice. It was the shortest driver I have hit in many years. I love my tour edge 3 wood and I bought this club because of that. The 3 wood is at least 20 yards longer than the driver. I tried to return the driver, but because I bought it on sale, I could not do that so I traded it in and lost most of my purchase price. I ordered a strong 3 wood but have not received it yet. June 24, 2013
Tour Edge XCG5 Driver Features I bought the Tour Edge XCG5 driver with 9 degrees loft and the Fujikura Blur regular flex shaft. This regular flex driver is great for golfers who swing around 80 to 85 mph and since I am a senior golfer it fits my swing perfectly. I get a medium trajectory and a nice roll out when the fairways are firm. I am hitting more fairways because the driver is light weight and easy to swing. I also bought another XCG5 driver from TGW with 10.5 degrees loft and the Fujikura Blur regular flex shaft. It hits the ball higher than the 9 degree so it is a great alternative when the golf course has soft fairways. I really like these drivers because they set up square and are so easy to swing. I consistently hit my XCG5 drivers in the 240 yard to 260 yard range but more importantly the ball is in the fairway. If you are looking for a driver that is easy to swing, very accurate and gets adequate distance then give the Tour Edge XCG5 a try. June 12, 2013
