Adams Mens IDEA a12 OS Hybrid Irons
IDEA a12 OS Hybrid Irons...Maximum Forgiveness!
The newest generation of the Idea family, the Idea a12 OS
hybrid irons are built with ultra thin faces, perimeter weighting and low center
of gravity's throughout the set. Adams is the only manufacturer to combine three different technologies in a set of hybrid/irons. They hold the patent. Hybrids. Hybrid/Irons. Irons. Ideal for those seeking more consistency and forgiveness.
In fact, it's the low center of gravity, particularly in the pure hybrid design of the #4, #5 and #6 that makes these clubs more effective than conventional irons at getting the ball up and out of the rough.
The leading edge of a hybrid is just like an iron and just as effective at cutting through the rough while the wider sole allows for a lower center of gravity further from the face. The combination produces a higher launch than a conventional iron. Without the mass of a hybrid, in higher grass the hosel of a conventional iron is more likely to turn over at impact, resulting in a lower and off line or less accurate shot (unless swung by a skillful and powerful hand.)

Adams Mens IDEA a12 OS Hybrid Irons
Enjoy high soft shots into the green
Love the irons but having trouble adjusting to 5&6 hybrids they can't hit low shots need a 5 iron to get out of lies near overhang trees. Other wise great set of clubs for price.

Best clubs I have ever owned. No question about it!
Hi! I'm 49 and have been playing golf, on and off, for most of my life. I'm not athletically-gifted so my average round has always been around 96.
During all these years, I have owned and played with pretty much every brand of club out there. I have owned a set of Nike Slingshots, Ping G5s, Taylor Made Burner 2.0s, Callaway X HL, Callaway X Hot and Callaway Big Berthas among others. Each one of these sets had its advantages and disadvantages. Some gave me great distance but not much accuracy. Some gave me the accuracy but not the distance.
3 years ago, I got a set of Adams XDT3s and I loved them. They gave me a good balance of distance and accuracy.
A few months ago, I tried the AS12 OS and love them so much I got a set. They are, simply, the best clubs I have ever played with. They are extremely easy to hit and very, very forgiving. I'm getting the longest distances and most accurate shots I have ever gotten. With the 6 hybrid, I'm consistently hitting 165-170 yards -something I had never done before-- and I'm usually right on target. My usual hooks are now more of an exception than the rule.
My average round is now around 90 and in April I shot my best round ever: 84. (For your benefit, let me add I am playing with Bridgestone E6 balls)
In summary, these are the best clubs I have ever owned and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ease of Use
I purchased these irons two days ago. Before I started playing with these irons I was shooting my 90's and low 100s. Played my first round with them today at a pretty decent course Bent Creek in Jacksonville, Fl and shot a 84. This set has added distance to my swing and the ease of use is awesome. It is hard to miss hit with these clubs. I love em!!

I bought Adams A7 OS in 2010 and liked them especially the 3H, 4H, 5H and 6H. I play three times a week on average and the clubs were due for new grips or replacement.
I bought the Adams A12 OS and I must say that I like the A12 OS better than the A7 OS. The irons 8 , 9 , PW and GP are much easier to hit than the A7 OS irons.
I just purchased a A12 OS #7 Hybrid to add to the set. I hit it a few times yesterday in a round and was very pleased with the results.
I highly recommend the A12 OS Adams Hybrid set.
I am a 13 Handicap Golfer and in my mid 60's.
