Callaway Speed Regime 2 Golf Balls
Callaway Speed Regime 2 outperforms Titliest Pro Vix of the tee yet has the soft feel of the Titliest Pro V around the greens.
Every week at the PGA golf tournaments they give a count of how many Pros are playing Titliest Pro V or Titliest Pro VIx. After playing a round of golf at the country club today I believe the count is going to change drastically. I have played Titliest Pro Vix golf balls for numerous years. It is amazing to me that the new Callaway Speed Regime 2 golf ball performs better of the tee than the Titliest Pro Vix and yet has the soft feel of the Titliest Pro V around the greens. Callaway you have made an outstanding golf ball that surpasses the overall performance of any golf ball on the market today. Excellent golf ball off the tee, iron shoots, chipping, and putting.

An avid fan of Callaway, I've followed their designs and have yet to be disappointed. The drivers are always long, irons always smooth, and wedges always precise. Why would the balls be any different. Guess what, they're not. Even though I average 113+ mph club speed, and found the Hex Tour and TM Tour Preferred X to be better suited to my trajectory and spin characteristics, I was encouraged to put the SR2 in play. A few rounds in, I must say, have been impressive. While I'm likely to employ the SR3 as my gamer (given its drag characteristics), its middle brother is smooth off the tee, faithful to its line with a long/mid iron, and almost magical with scoring irons and wedges. Keep up the good work Callaway and I'll keep supporting a superior brand!

Finally Found THE BALL for me!
I have been searching for a golf ball that I thought would be the "Magic Pill" for my game. I tried them all....NIKE, Titleist, Bridgestone, Srixon and Callaway. My swing speed is about 97 and I am a slight slicer off the tee. The past two years I have played the Hex Chrome and Hex Chrome Plus and found them to be good golf balls but not great. I tried a sleeve of the SR2's and I am hitting straighter and longer shots off the drive and for the first time I am actually making the ball check up and even spin back on the green. They have a great feel and roll on the green with a soft sound which I like. It's the perfect ball for my swing and my short game. I have found them to be very durable which is somewhat different then what I've read from others. I played four rounds with one ball and can play at least another round or two with it which is fantastic. I don't swing down on the ball with my irons as I am more of a sweeper which has much to do with that. Yesterday I played with a golf partner who uses a Titleist ProV1. Our drives were the same distance and in fact I out drove him a number of times which I have never done. These are GREAT Golf balls!!!! I can't imagine what Callaway would have to do to improve on this golf ball. My only wish is that they come down in price.

Love the ball, I just wish it would hold up better during a round.
I have been playing this ball since spring and really like the soft feel and the control achieved with all clubs. I am sure matching my swing speed to a specific ball has helped tremendously. My only gripe is the cover is very tender. Scuffs super easy and I managed to impale the cover with a bit a pine straw! I am hopeful that Calloway is working on a tougher cover for 2015.
