PING Hoofer 14 Stand Bags
Great bag for walking or riding!
First, just let me say that I have owned about 5 different golf bags over the past 5 years. I had the hardest time finding a bag that offered me the storage, durability, and bag weight that I wanted. I went through 2 Titelist bags, 1 Ogio, and 2 Nike bags.
Finally, I found the PING Hoofer 14... It is an awesome bag. It is really light for the storage that it provides. So many pockets! It seems to be made of quality material. The shoulder straps are very comfortable (even after walking 18). The stand function works smoothly every time. The 14 way divider enables my clubs to slide in and out of the bag with ease.
I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone that is looking for a bag that you can walk 18 or ride 18 with.

Big downgrade in Quality
I have used a number of PING bags throughout the years including the hoofer. This latest version is a big step down in overall quality and construction of the bag. The straps are quite flimsy and I was disappointed that PING has done away with their retractable shoulder strap design. As soon as I pulled this out of the box I could tell it was not a quality product and it went right back into the box and back to TGW. I hope PING will step it up on future bag designs and not continue to slide backwards.

I've tried a couple of the Ping Hoofer bags over the last few years, and was always disappointed with the difficulty of inserting clubs. This was primarily due to the bag not having enough dividers for the clubs.
This style of Hoofer has multiple dividers and has solved the aforementioned problem.
I really like the quality of the bag, and most importantly I like the fact that the bag has several pockets for storage.
Great bag and I can highly recommend it!

Haven't used the bag much yet, but like the look, fit and all the pockets. Lightest 14 bag I have found.
