The Golf Warehouse Shipping Information

The Golf Warehouse continually negotiates with top shippers to provide the lowest possible shipping charges available. The Golf Warehouse is proud to utilize the services of UPS for most shipping. USPS is also available on select orders.

Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 3 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification.

For items that are "Shipped From Manufacturer," please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. Some items "Shipped From Manufacturer" may have an additional shipping fee.

In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, The Golf Warehouse ships additional items via UPS Ground at The Golf Warehouse's expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.

UPS International / Air Shipping

The following explains the services offered by UPS to The Golf Warehouse customers:

UPS Next Day Air Saver	Delivery by the next business day to most US Cities. Guaranteed to business addresses only, not to residential addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air	Delivery in 2 business days in most areas of the US and Puerto Rico.
UPS Worldwide Express	Delivery in 2 business days in most major destinations including over 290 cities in Europe.
UPS Worldwide Expedited	Delivery within two business days to most destinations in Canada. Within three business days to Mexico. Within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe. Within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America.

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. The Golf Warehouse orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. (see above reference to SHIP AHEAD)

Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card statement with the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file. Important: If you are ordering on or Friday, you may choose Saturday Service if you would like to receive your shipment on Saturday. This option is available on our web site. Use the comments section of the Purchase Order Page and enter "Saturday Delivery". There will be a $10.00 added fee to the shipping fee for Saturday deliveries. Saturday Delivery is not available in some areas. Saturday or Sunday will not be counted as shipping days with all other services.
