Q. How can I track the status of my order?
A. Use our Order Status / Tracking interface to track your orders online. Express Order Customers can enter their order id & either their billing zip code or last name. Customers with TGW accounts can simply login to see the status of their complete order history.
Q. What are the policies for returns and exchanges?
A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item online. Items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 60 days after the item was purchased. more
Q. How can I opt-out of marketing emails?
A. You can opt-out of marketing emails by clicking here, filling out the “email address” field and clicking the “unsubscribe” button. You may also contact customer service by clicking here and requesting the removal of your email address. If you choose to opt-out, you will still receive emails regarding your orders (i.e. shipping confirmations, back-order notifications, etc).
Q. How can I tell what items are covered under the playability guarantee?
A. Covered items feature this label at the top of their product pages. You will not get credit for your returned clubs until we receive, inspect & process them. The playability guarantee does not apply to custom clubs or demo & return clubs. more
Q. How can I verify that the website is secure?
A. All transactions are taken over a secure server connection. You may note the https in the URL of our order submission page. This means that your information is not accessible to everyone else. All transactions are fully encrypted through PGP Business Security. PGP allows us to encrypt all information being transmitted to TGW. more
Q. How will I know what the shipping charges are?
A. After adding a product to the shopping cart, hit the "Calculate Shipping" button. Enter your city, state, zip & country and hit the "Submit" button to calculate your shipping charges.
After continuing through the checkout process, you will select a shipping method for your order. An exact figure for shipping will be displayed before you submit your order. more
Q. Once my order is placed, how quickly will it ship?
A. Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 1 PM Central Standard Time, Tuesday through Friday (10 AM CST Monday) will be shipped the same day. Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification.
Q. How do I find products on your website? A. There are three basic ways you can search for products at TGW.com - The Golf Warehouse. First, you can use our "Search" feature. Simply type in the item you're looking for and hit the "Go" button. The website will take you to a listing of all products matching your search criteria.
Second, you can search for products for each specific manufacturer by using the drop-down menu next to the "Search" box. Select a manufacturer and proceed to a page featuring links and products specific to that manufacturer.
Lastly, you can use our tab navigation located towards the top of every page to search for products by category. Click a tab to expand it to a listing of a variety of categories. |
