If a problem occurs with the product (clubs) and has been used in any way, under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective or under Playability Guarantee. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period The Golf Warehouse will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

If needed, call The Golf Warehouse to inquire on manufacturer's warranty time period.

It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item.

Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.

When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.

If you should need to return an item contact The Golf Warehouse by phone or Email and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
