Items returned or returned for exchange must be accompanied by the original packaging
and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, except for Playability items. All returns will be inspected prior to credit
being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase
price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you return an item after 120 days from the date of purchase, we cannot issue credit back to your credit card.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from The Golf Warehouse, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION, except for Playability items, WITHIN 30 DAYS in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping is not refundable.
When returning or exchanging a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.
For returns, shipping
charges are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, except for Playability and Wearability items.
CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are
not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular
in stock items are also not returnable.
Please Note: All sales are subject to availability
of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any additional duty,
taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be
assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible
for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for
replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items
are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
